Our process is very straight-forward.
We will meet with you, preferably at your property, or you can tell us the size and location and send us some pictures of your property. We'll give you the price and answer any questions you may have. We then go work on a design that's bespoke to your property.
Once you've decided yes, we'll agree and book an installation date. On the agreed date, we deliver and stage your property. We'll send you a video once the staging is complete, or you can have an in-person or digital walk-round. Simple as that!
The minimum contract period for stage to sell is six weeks; any additional rental is charged on a four-weekly basis. Once the property is under offer, we go back and remove all the staging.
For stage to rent, the minimum contract period is 4 weeks, and any additional rental is charged on a two-weekly basis. Once the tenant contract has been signed, we go back and remove all the staging.
Stage to rent costs less than the monthly rent you will charge!
